Recently I received the attached two letters noted here referencing a First Nations Law authorizing the taxation of non band members leasing property from their community. Shortly after I had a meeting with the Band Chief and we agreed to a future meeting with him and their council as well as Band lawyer to provide additional information. As we and the Band are unsure how this is going to roll out a number of meetings will be forth coming. Association membership will be updated via our web page as to our progress.
